*We are now offering a $3,000 hiring bonus for an experienced Grading Foreman!
Requirements:
- 3 Years experience grading, operating skid steer & grader
- Able to shoot grades and read/understand blueprints
- Ability to train, lead, and motivate team of 3-4 co-workers
- CDL with trailer endorsement preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history
